Back in the year 2013 the company starts its journey with the aim of producing vegetables in Bustarviejo (Madrid). Surrounded by mountains and watered with spring water, they cultivate a little more than 2 hectares above the 1200 m. altitude. This implies limitations in temporality (we produce from April/May to November) and, At the same time, gives their products their own personality. The environmental purity that surroundsthem together with the thermal jump that occurs from day to night (differences of 15 to 20 degrees), causes our crops to develop their essential oils to the maximum and therefore, our crops are "special".

From the beginning, demand was higher than our production capacity. This, led them to look for related projects in other areas with a greater agricultural tradition to be able to supply our customers all year round. They have generated a powerful network of collaborators throughout the national geography.

The experience and demand of these more than eight years, has led the experience to fatten the list of products that make up our offer. The criterion is that it is agroecological and therefore, of proximity. Almost all products are certified organically, although they also accommodate exemplary projects such as the cheeses of La Caperuza, bailandera craft beer, Ferment Art fermented, the wines of Viña Bardela... People who, for their involvement with the natural environment and social commitment, contribute to the recovery of trades and traditions by contributing to generate employment and settle the population in rural areas.

Weekly they celebrate our Market on Foot… of Huerta in summer and until the cold arrives, in the Huerta de Abril, in the Ctra, of Miraflores, km 11,2 (in front of the football field) and, when the cold arrives in their ship in C / Maruste 18 of Bustarviejo.
